Demo, railing install, bookcase stained and built, desk installed , and flooring.

One of my favorite jobs to do as a Handyman in Duvall, WA. From demo to finish.

I had to take out a wall and remnants of a stove complex.

Redid the drywall. Cut out drywall, painted, plastered, and textured.

Brought treats for the dogs, so they liked me and wouldn’t bark at me too much.

Installed the flooring, trim work around the edges. Painted the walls.

Installed wire railing, drill pressed holes in the posts. Sanded and stained the posts. Screwed them into ground.

Cut into the desk that was butcher block and screwed them together.

Reclaimed a drawer cabinet to hold up the other side of the desk.

Followed the schematic for the bookcase. Used wooden dowel kit to assemble the bookcase. Stained the softwood.

Kitchen built , did it all!

Put all this together from concrete floor to finish in Duvall, WA as a Handyman.

Installed the wood flooring. Cabinets installed from Home Depot.

Back splashed designed and installed.

Installed the appliances.

Painted the Walls.

Trim work done.

Solving how to protect this exterior outside trim. Water was landing on the edge and it was rotting.

I put in a clear exterior caulk that protected water from seeping into the trim and trickling behind the trim and siding.

Cut and sliced trim work.

I got to stay here for free while I worked on this house for a month. I will travel anywhere if I have a place to stay. Travel fee will be waived. I’ll do vacation homes and Air BNB homes.

This project was fun. Replaced the beam and shaved off the plant debris. Repainted and installed PVC roofing.
